Charles Edward “Chad” Mottola was born on October 15, 1971, in Augusta, Georgia, United States. His father, Chuck, died of a heart attack at the age of 50 in October 1995 while his mother, Elaine, works as an administrative assistant at St. Bernadette’s School in Davie, Florida.
